Bye-Bye Onesies, Hello Spring!

So I have come to the harsh realization that I need to say bye-bye to Eben's onesies as the largest they come is 24 months and he has outgrown them (although I have still been stuffing him in them).  Oh how I love them...I love how it is an instant undershirt for polos, button-up shirts, and t-shirts...I love how the long sleeved onesies look under short sleeve shirts...I love that his diaper never shows at the top of his pants...and I love that it is almost impossible for Eben to ever take his pants and diaper off and use the floor as his restroom.  Now, because he has been in onesies all this time, he has never really discovered his belly button, or his belly for that matter.  I know, such a deprived child...

Well, we were at the park in unexpected 83 degree weather today and had clearly overdressed our child.

So, off came the onesie underneath - but he ran away before getting the shirt on again.

Much better.

I have a feeling this summer we will be seeing a much dirtier little boy than last summer - look at that arm!

Can't say I have ever brought an infant to the park before today - pretty boring for the poor little guy which is probably why he decided to eat and then fall asleep right when we got there.

Oh, and yes, we totally overdressed Bode too.

And here is our new ride:

Eben on the bottom, Bode on the top - not my ideal setup but haven't figured out how to get them reversed. Pretty great stroller though...and a pretty great daddy pushing it!
