I have to say that fall in Michigan is better than fall in North Dakota. With trees everywhere turning red, yellow, orange, and some staying green, it is simply stunning. There are also pumpkin patches, cider mills, orchards, corn mazes, and hayrides all over the place. Eben and I went on an almost 2 hour walk yesterday while Dane was working very hard at the hospital. Of course I had to let Eben out of the stroller every so often to move his little legs.
Eben sees an airplane. This kid notices airplanes in the sky instantly - and I don't mean loud, low airplanes, I mean teeny tiny airplanes that you can barely hear, sometimes you seriously can't hear them at all and he is freaking out about this tiny speck he sees in the sky.
Yes, this is a post cry picture - he got hurt :(
Oh, and by the way, Eben is the WORST camera model EVER now. The moment he sees the camera, he turns away from me and puts his head down. I have ruined him...been too annoying with my toy, haha. Oh well...baby #2 will have no idea what is going on and I will be able to snap like crazy and use simple things like rattles and lights and they will work. Eben is too smart for these tricks now.
These trees are right near our house...just love them.
I put this pic up for my mom - mom, can you figure out what kind of bush this is? I see them everywhere and they turn bright red in the fall. Maybe a good one for in front of our house?
