So I decided to clean out my small camera and post some pics from it. Enjoy the lengthy randomness:
We took Eben to Chuck E. Cheeses for his Birthday.
We put a token in this one, but it was broken.

I took Eben to a place call My Urban Toddler in Ann Arbor/Saline and it's a great place for kids 0-5 years old. It has a place in the middle for infants which Eben enjoyed a lot. Eben also crawled around the toddler area, but since he can't walk, it just wasn't the best place for him. It's really a great place and I am sure we will go there quite a bit in the winter.
It has different "buildings" that each have their own themed activity area. The green one is the "house" play, like kitchen stuff and baby play.
This is the fine arts building, which explores art and music.
There is a huge theater for children to put on puppet shows or whatever else they want to do.
There was also a reading building, food market building, fire station, and cafe.

We went to the Henry Ford Museum last weekend to the Maker Faire (which was basically a bunch of home inventors showing off their stuff). This car was awesome. It was covered in those singing fish and lobsters singing opera.
Robot Chess
We saw the Coke and Mentos guys. They are on YouTube if you haven't seen this (they have been on many TV shows showing their talent). Basically putting Mentos into cola causes the cola to shoot up. The perform it to music. Pretty fun to see.

We took Eben to the Petting Farm which is pretty close to where we live. He really liked it...except...
(notice the little red dot on his face...it seems that a spider attacked him during the previous night. He also had a bite in his hairline and a huge one on his hand...sad).
...this goat bit his finger, so he sobbed (but no mark, so I think it just scared him).
...and there was a baby goat crying quite a bit, which also scared him...so more tears...
...and every time the rooster cock-a-doodle-doodled, Eben just sobbed. And the rooster did this many times, so there was a lot of crying at the petting farm, but also a lot of smiles.

I love the picture of the three of you in the car. You all look so cute and happy. Great photo. I also like the last picture of Eben sobbing and you are laughing and showing no sympathy. Thanks again for sharing pictures. We can't wait to see you this coming week.
